Business Development Manager

About the role
Reporting to the VP, Strategy, as Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Neon’s direction by leveraging your experience with funded startups. You’ll leverage your network in the startup space and develop strategic relationships with potential partners with the lens of building for the future. You excel at identifying long-term engagements and cultivating new opportunities with a consultative selling approach. You’ll oversee relationships from the opportunity through to the discovery phase, collaborating with the VP, Strategy to ensure a seamless handover to the product team.

Your experience with digital and emerging technology helps you to uncover untapped market opportunities. Both your resilience and engaging personality push you to uncover the opportunity. You can read between the lines and seek undiscovered areas of revenue. Your understanding of technology will allow you to identify and meet the business needs of Neon’s potential partners. You’re great at getting a partner excited to keep the conversations going.
